Poetry Coursework

Poetry course I compare these two poems by thinking about subject, purpose, emotion, words and images. Excerpt of Oscar Wilde's "Read the Prison Song". In the first section of the poem, the author introduces the tragic prison environment, "Drip Wall, Heavy Sky". This excited me that we are a prisoner at the end of the 19th century. Oscar Wilde introduced another character, a murderer to us. In the whole poem, Wild compasses on this role.

I was assigned an English poetry course. I can choose to choose a poem from the following two: "I am not a woman" and "I have time." I chose "Zeng Geshi" because I believe this poem is more interesting and has a deeper meaning than the famous poet Kishwar Naheed, born in 1940. The poem "India Geometric Time" was written by Nigerian poet named Gabriel Ocala. Gabriel Ocala was born in Nigeria in 1921. The poet was very self-sustaining and was not influenced by other poets at the time. Gabriel's poetry will have very high sensitivity, sharp judgment, and tremendous energy. Death is a fundamental and powerful element of our society and it can be understood that it is a major influence among thousands of years of poetry. Therefore, in my English literary poetry course, I decided to explore the outstanding theme of death and the way it is expressed and expressed in poetry. Among the six poems that chose poetry for this work, "Achebe in the camp" and its good night (Thomas) are contemporary modern poets. I can not stop death.
