Guru Mullas named him his disciple and son-in-law Jēṭhā after the next group, Guru Ram Das. As the new Guru was hostile to the son of Guru Amar Das, his official base was moved to the land identified as Guru-ka-Chak by Guru Amar Das. He moved the commune of Sikhism there, and that place was called Ramdaspur after him. The city developed and later became Amuritsar's most sacred city - Sikh.
