Edmond asked the importance of King Lear's subplot 'important reason'. A bitter illegal child hates his father and older brother. He is determined to prosper and grow. Mercilessly, he played old and weak role in Gloucester and persuaded Edgar to seek his death to gain his legacy. Edgar was told that Gloucester ran away for life for some reason. When Edgar was fired, Edmond tried to kill his father and told Cornwall that he called "rebels" and removed the elders' eyes.
Shakespeare dramatized the movements of the drama using the secondary plot and gave a brighter contrast to the rear theme. Subgraphs often improve dramatic satire and suspense effects. The latter is used by King Lear to inform the emotions of characters in the play. This follows a parallel relationship between Gloucester and King Lear. In King Lear, Gloucester's plot corresponds to King Lear's main plot. Fathers have their own loyal and legitimate children and their evil and unfaithful children. They are all people of glory and they have children who come back to them when they need it. Both Gloucester and Lear are under torture.
The death of Gloucester in the subplot parallels the death of King Lear in the main episode. Gloustar did not have the tragic and devastating death of King Lear. The pain of King Lear made him insane, and Gloucester fell into despair and attempted suicide. Before Gloucester tried to commit suicide, he noticed that he married Edgar and accused blindness of Edmund's plan. My father, is not his leadership good? World, world, world! But your strange mutation hates us, and life never yields to get older. (Act 4 Scene 1 Pg.207 line 10-12) This is similar to Lear's death, as he also accused his daughter Cordelia. I saw this day, and with my good bite, I let them skip. I am old now, and these same cross destroyed me. Who are you? My eyes are not the best, I will speak to you soon. (Act 5, Field 3, line 317, pages 276 - 279) Both people died on the same train track because King Lear and King Gloucester were dead than at first. Wise man
