System downtime: Esther, course catalog, banner, Edgar WebApps, RiceMarketPlace, BossCars, and Hyperion may not be available from 8 pm Friday until midnight due to daily supplier maintenance.

We plan to set a downtime window (10 to 25 minutes) at 7 pm Monday, December 11th. The exact date and time may change. Please pay attention to in-app announcement about downtime. This is not ideal, so workflow may be interrupted, but maintenance can greatly improve the infrastructure and prepare for the future. When you are managing a team, or participating in so many follow-ups or everyday activities, you may get lost with a series of activities. Please step back one step (especially during this period) and check the achievements of the team. This is wonderful.

Like other businesses, system downtime and upgrades require a short downtime. Today, we announced a planned downtime process to clearly grasp the incident. This process defines how we announce, implement and restore downtime to maintain a fair and orderly market through events.

The term stop time is used to refer to the period during which the system is disabled. Downtime or downtime is the period during which the system can not provide or perform its primary function. Reliability, availability, recovery, and availability are related concepts. Disabled is the percentage of time when the system is unusable or offline.
