In this video, you can hear some NDIS participants and carers talking about their goals and how NDIS helps them achieve their goals.
The goal is the goal you are striving to achieve. Your wish is to hope that the future will be your hope and dream. These are often large and complex goals. They may need to do a lot of work or it may take some time to achieve. It is often convenient to divide these big wishes into small steps finely. These small steps are also goals
The goal can be large, small, long term, short term, complex and easy. The target is usually measurable. In other words, there is a way to decide if you have achieved your goal.
Let's say you like pictures and drawings. You may wish to build small businesses ("micro enterprises") to sell your artwork. The purpose of helping to make your wishes a reality may be to build and manage the curriculum of SMEs. This is a short-term goal and will take one step towards your wishes. You know that you have achieved this goal after you completed the course successfully. Then you can set different goals for building SMEs.
The reimagine.today workbook will help you to think about your hopes and dreams about the future and change them to goals and goals to help you achieve the future.
Establishing a future plan is the most powerful process that motivates us to think about our future, realize our dreams and motivate them to change to reality. The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to be in your life, what you want to do in your life, and what steps you need to take to achieve your goals. Personal plan is the most important step we need to take. A personal program will help us find our career work, start our own business, and help the future of our family. Therefore, I have made several plans to achieve the goal. I believe how big our thoughts are, our dreams are big, our plans are big, and this is how important we are to achieve our goals in life . I am always serious about my future. Peter Drucker quotes "The best way to predict the future is to create a future." This is my favorite sentence.
Diary is the way I create the future. I wrote down my dreams and goals. I believe that you can control the future well. I have created my future through my diary entry. I will write this down almost daily, write my annual goal and the nearest daily goal (my daily / weekly schedule list). My idea is too much when I think about what I think. The act of writing with paper and pen made it possible to organize, guide and build my mind. In addition, writing with a pen or pad is inherently slower than you think, so time to think deeper and wider will come to my mind.
When planning for myself, such as setting goals for weight loss, writing books, learning languages, we actually plan for ourselves in the future. You are thinking about how you wish for your future life, and when you think about the future, your brain easily takes action and easily watches the value of bringing long-term benefits can do. However, when there is a need to make a decision, there is no longer any choice for yourself in the future. Now you are now, your brain is thinking about the current self. Researchers discovered that the current self really likes immediate satisfaction rather than long term compensation. That's why you might feel the power to change your life by going to bed, but when you wake up you notice that you are in the old mode. Your brain will emphasize long-term benefits in the future, but it will feel comfortable as soon as it is now.
