The basic requirement of DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) is that DNP "improves quality and system thinking through organizational and system leadership" (AACN, 2006, p. 10). As this is very important, DNP students must cooperate with various organizations to improve the quality that medical nurses provide to patients. The purpose of this paper is to outline the implementation plan of the agreement using motivational interview (MI) to improve the intake of fruits and vegetables for elderly in primary care patients.
In the group of American children, relationship between frequency of intake of fruits and vegetables at the age of 6 and frequency of intake of fruits and vegetables at infancy was examined. Data on infants' intake of fruits and vegetables, age of introduction of fruits and vegetables, and frequency of fruits and vegetables intake for 6 years were analyzed in infant feeding practice survey II and 6 year follow-up survey (Y 6 FU) . We decided that a 6-year-old child would consume 1 serving of fruits and vegetables a day, examined the relationship between infant's fruits and vegetables intake using a logistic regression model, Controlled (n = 1078). According to mother 's report, 31.9% of 6 - year - old children consume less than 1 fruit per day, and 19.0% of vegetables consume less than 1 vegetable per day. The age of introducing fruits and vegetables has nothing to do with the intake at 6 years old. Copyright © 2014 American Academy of Pediatrics
Fruit and Vegetable Initiatives Fruits and vegetables are an important part of human diet. In the 2002 WHO / FAO Joint Expert Consultation on Prevention of Diet, Nutrition and Chronic Disease, we recommend consuming at least 400 grams of fruits and vegetables per person per day (equivalent to approximately 5) (56). Reducing the burden of this preventable disease by increasing the intake of fruits and vegetables is an important recommendation of DPAS (8). As a new evidence, it is suggested that increasing dietary intake of fruits and vegetables suggests that meals may control weight and may help to prevent obesity (57). Increasing the intake of fruits and vegetables will lower energy density (58). Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables increases the sense of satiety and leads to more energy intensive foods (58)
Specific behavior and attitudes of children and adolescents are related to healthy diet. For example, the positive emotion about eating a behavior change strategy (eg, setting of intake target of fruits and vegetables and eating fruits and vegetables) and eating fruits and vegetables by children and adolescents is the intake of fruits and vegetables It is prediction of quantity. 95). Among adolescent women, the positive selection of self-efficacy of healthy foods and a positive attitude towards nutrition and health are significantly associated with calcium intake (92).
