This research will help to better understand abnormal behaviors in the workplace and contribute to complex precedents of workplace prejudice in literature. Furthermore, empirical research on bias of the workplace is lacking especially in the public sector of Malaysia. Furthermore, from an academic point of view, the results of this research will help to gain a deeper understanding of the contribution and development of knowledge on workplace biases in human resource management and administration. The results of this proposed study are expected to help decision makers and practitioners reduce the problems of workplace bias related to organizational factors and personal factors.

The bias of the workplace in the workplace is becoming increasingly serious and can not be ignored. Evidence from newspapers and other public media shows that there are prejudices in various forms of workplaces in Malaysia such as dishonesty, poor professional attitudes, fraud, false medical certification (Abdul Rahman, 2008) . Labor departments in several areas of Malaysia also said employees and employers will report at least 20 to 30 cases per month. The findings of Faridahwati (2003) show that hurting things or teasing someone at work is a common prejudice in work. In addition, the number of incidents reported in the workplace has increased the departure of the workplace (Faridahwati, 2004)
