Pineapple Carrot Cake

Pineapple carrot cakes are very moist and have a lot of spices. Made from a 9 x 13 inch dish, it can easily be cut into squares and shared. The cake is covered with rich creamy cream icing

Pineapple carrot cake is a wonderful spring or easter cake. This cake is very sweet, and there are lots of cinnamon, nutmeg and scents. I also added some chopped pecans to batters, but you can leave them or replace with walnuts.

Crushed pineapple is used in this formulation. It gives the cake a bit more extra flavor and moisture, but it does not change the texture so much
