The daily schedule is an important aspect of a successful day. As each child receives a different service, every child has his own calendar. Not all children can receive all services. There is OT (occupational therapy), PT (physiotherapy), or conversation. Some timetables can be pictures or other text. Some kids may be accustomed to photography because not all children can read it. The classroom teacher will decide this. All of these support and organizational assistance will help children with special needs, especially children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and AD / HD (Attention Deficit / ADHD). The difficulty of their information processing and hearing impairment require much support. In addition, their problems in social understanding makes it difficult for them to distinguish between important and unimportant.
Visualization, a major tool for holistic psychology and psychosomatic medicine, has a lot of potential in PT (physical therapy) and OT (occupational therapy). By visualization, it is important to understand that I am not talking about meditation. There "imagines" the area of your body to recover from injury and illness. Again, I am not talking about myself seeing healthier, healing, or healing. It means to imagine a part of your movement with your own eyes of thinking, such as walking, standing, and lifting. If this is to improve exercise, we are trying to acquire or improve accurate movements. This "visual" or image can be enhanced by "seeing" the movement (cooperative participation) of all the muscle groups that support the activity. For example, adjustment of various muscles such as feet, legs, torso, arms, hands, etc. helps individuals to stand up from chairs and sofas.
Both physical therapy and occupational therapy contribute to improving the quality of life for children, but there are differences. Physical therapy (PT) involves pain, strength, extent of joint activity, endurance, and large motor function. OT, on the other hand, is closely involved in finer motor, visual, cognitive and sensory disorders.
