Physical Education Program In my G.C.S. E physical education program, I was asked to design a 6 week training program for myself and run a program to record the results of the program. One of the requirements of the program is that a specific sports should be assigned; I choose football to concentrate. I am playing soccer for my school and the local team. In my school, I play games with other local schools every week or another year from our school.
