Physical Education Class: the Perfect Place to be Bullied?

Physical education lesson: ideal place to be bullied. Every day we see how society people get bad habits of compromising their health. Obesity is a problem affecting everyone's life. People want to know what the solution to the problem is, and many people think that the only way to stop this growing problem is to solve it since childhood. One way to prevent childhood obesity is to exercise. Some people are convinced that letting children do physical education is a magical way to make kids feel good and healthy.

Sports and physical education classes will surely bring the possibility of bullying. Students who lack large motor skills or who are overweight will soon be targeted by their colleagues. Together with the horrifying customs of "team picking captain" and "dressing room", we have mature bullying behavior that will ruin our pride. In order to prevent bullying, school physical education curriculum must be carefully trained, essentially fair, actively supervised and understood.

Bullying can occur in most places in or around school buildings, but it often happens during physical education classes and during breaks. Bullying also occurs in courses that require school hallways, bathrooms, school buses, bus waiting, group work or after school activities. School bullying may involve student's special use or isolation by a group of students and the loyalty of a bystander who wants to make it not the next target. In the documentary 'Bully' in 2011, we witnessed the suffering experienced by the children at school and the school bus. As the movie is tracking a few children, we see how bullying affects them at school and family. There is no age limit for bullying, but before you become a bully, these bullies may laugh and you may be kicking your goal.

School bullying is a physical, linguistic, emotional or electronic connection with an educated person. It happens both inside and outside the school. School bullying can be categorized into types and general behaviors that were previously aimed at victims. Bullying always occurs by physical, emotional, verbal and electronic means. This is always repeated for a certain period of time. Eventually school bullying occurred every corner of the school. The most common areas are toilets, corridors, hallways, cafeterias, abandoned classrooms, school buses, or bus stops. In addition, the school bully was always the best favorite to take action on goals during physical education classes and breaks.
