Physical Activity in the US

The level of population sports activity is becoming a major public health problem in the United States (Wahlgren, 2011). Due to the expansion of cities, Americans depend heavily on their cars and other destinations for their own cars. When they took their car to their destination, this led to a sedentary lifestyle of the public. Public perceptions of their environment may influence their behavior and let them rely on personal vehicles.

Physical Activity Physical activity over the last 7 days was evaluated using a modified version of the short version (IPAQ - S 7 S) of the international version of Physical Activity Survey Form (IPAQ). We use the instructions given in the IPAQ manual and classify physical activities into low, medium and high according to the official IPAQ scoring protocol. There are two problems in evaluating the use of cigarettes. (1) "Have you ever chewed a cigarette, smoked a pipe, smoked yourself a cigarette, or smoked or smoked a cigar?" (2) Habit, have you completely given up? (And stop it). Reactions are divided into none, smokers, and current tobacco users.

Physical Activity - Use the International Sports Activity Questionnaire - Long Format (IPAQ - L) to evaluate physical activity. IPAQ - L was developed by the World Health Organization in 1998 and an international consensus questionnaire on international sports activities was created. 26 IPAQ-L consists of five parts. In the past seven days, the IPAQ-L also evaluates the frequency, intensity and duration of all physical activity on a daily basis. In summary, according to the recommendations of the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the United States of America and the American Sports Medicine Association, the overall force activity is equal to the MET score, the fraction spent in each field multiplied by the value of MET. IPAQ-L threshold category is not fully active (600 METs-min-week)
