Photo Impact Evaluation

Evaluation In this module, I must encounter various skills and apply them to my work in various ways to make the best products I can. When creating ads with Photo Impact, I had to use most of these skills. The first trick I used was the freehand selection tool, which was used to cut regions from the image so that it can be inserted into other images.

Impact assessment is the assessment of the environment caused by individual households and facilities and the specific development activities (such as plans and projects). Plus or minus, not intentional or deliberate. This evaluation refers to the final (long-term) and (provisional) impact of the result level. Impact assessment is not just about measuring whether the objective has been achieved, or evaluating the direct impact on the intended beneficiary. This includes all sorts of impacts at every level of the outcome chain, such as chain reactions to families, families, communities, institutional, technical or social systems, environmental impacts, etc. In the case of a simple logical model, multiple intermediate (short-term and medium term) results that may ultimately affect may occur over time. Some or all of them may be included in the impact assessment of a specific moment.

Therefore, since the evaluation needs to be regarded as a learning process to be conducted throughout the project period, the social impact of the assessment method must be comprehensive. In many cases, the impact measurement will differ depending on the comparison of the evaluation result before the project start and the evaluation result at the end of the project. However, evaluation is lacking during learning from the operational and environmental constraints that affect the project implementation and project success. Examples of key areas that need to be applied to the entire project are baseline survey, needs assessment, program theory evaluation, process evaluation, results and impact assessment, and scalability assessment.
