The philosophy of nursing care explains our understanding of the essence of nursing care work and provides the basis of nursing care activities. It supports the things we think are basic moral values and is based on the theory. These values and beliefs are consistent with the mission, vision and values of the university health system. In order to promote patient care we used Helen Erickson's modeling and role modeling nursing theory.
As a cooperative team, we will continuously improve the health and well-being of ourselves and our community.

Educational institutions and regulatory nurses need to write the philosophy of the facility. This article explores the use of the concept of "philosophy" in nursing education and nursing management. Next, I will outline the nature of philosophy, especially relation with special science such as nursing. Based on this discussion, we will discuss the true nature of the document the nursing author calls "philosophy". The concepts of life, world view and mission statement are discussed in this regard. In the philosophy of personal care, we need to include all four aspects of the nurse's meta paradigm, nurse, people, environment, and health. In the process of developing my philosophy of care in the form of personal statements, I began to realize that there are concepts that seem to reappear in all the nursing philosophy and the theory we are studying: concept. Care affects individuals, medical environment, health and illness, and overall care. It does not contain words or concepts of care, and there is little definition of care. This is because care is the most important part in doing what your nurse is doing. Therefore, I decided to build my personal care concept on the concept of care.
The use of the concept of care as the basis of nursing practice will promote the correct application of nursing knowledge and the development of further nursing theory and knowledge. My personal care philosophy is designed to cover the full communication of the art of nursing science and compassion and dignity. In order to explain this care philosophy, care is described as a four - care meta - concept concept as a relationship between science and art. Nursing science and art are also discussed and treated as occupations. The concept of family-centered care and developmental care emphasizes the practice of care as an art. The application of nursing knowledge in practice was discussed through the use of five cognitive approaches to nursing, nursing theory, borrowing theory and the nursing paradigm. Further development of nurse and academic concepts and nursing knowledge was identified as a priority.
