At the beginning of the 21st century, the engineering philosophy is becoming a field of unique philosophy that can be considered in parallel with scientific philosophy and technology philosophy. Tracing back to the history of philosophy, Carl Mitcham discovered four writers, Ernst Kapp (1808-1996), Peter K. Engelmeier (1855-1941), Eberhard Zschimmer (1873-1941) and Friedrich Dessauer (1881) . By 1963 the term "technical philosophy" was used as the title of the book at the beginning of the technical philosophy (Mitcham 1994, pp. 20 - 33) The first author Ernst Kapu published Grundlinien einer Philosophie der Technik in 1877 . (Reason for Technical Philosophy), Dessauer announced Philosophie der Technik (Technical Philosophy) in 1927.

Analogical technology philosophy can be thought of as an engineering philosophy in the process of using technology as a practitioner of technicians, similar to the way scientific philosophy focuses attention on the scientific practices of scientists. Indeed, many of the design-related problems described in sections 2.3 and 2.4 below can be chosen to form the subject of engineering philosophy. However, the metaphysical problem discussed in Section 2.5 is impossible, so the analysis of technology philosophy is much broader than the engineering philosophy. The title of Technology and Engineering Science's philosophy (Meijers 2009) is a widely updated summary, including contributions to all topics covered in the next section, expressing technical and engineering contradictions.

Mitcham contrasts "the technical philosophy of technology" and "the philosophy of human science" that refer to the philosophical point of view advocated by engineers and technicians "to explain the philosophy of technology" (1994: 17) . Mitcham discussed a few people as an engineering philosopher: Ernst Kapp, Peter Engelmeier, Friedrich Dessauer, and more concisely Jacques Lafitte, Gilbert Simondon, Hendrik van Riessen, Juan David García Bacca, R Buckminster Fuller and Mario Banj. But labels pose several serious problems: some of them are difficult to classify as "engineers or technical experts" and how the concept of "technical philosophy" is understood You should also understand.
