Perspectives on the Definition of Knowledge

"Today, what is accepted as knowledge may be abandoned tomorrow." Consider the problem of knowledge raised by this statement with knowledge of the two fields. As children's perception of the world defines adaptation to change, as he develops due to countless adversities and criticisms, new ideas and discoveries are made, so today it is also considered a norm of knowledge I will. To what degree is knowledge temporary? Or you can change / modify knowledge to what extent.

The two areas of knowledge that I explore are art and natural science. My first argument about this problem is that art is a field of knowledge and it is somewhat controversial because of its subjective nature. First and foremost it is difficult to be recognized as art. On the contrary, natural science is a field of knowledge based on objective truth, so knowledge was accepted when I first approached this question, I thought that it was abandoned when it proved that it was wrong.

Hayes and Walsham (2003) explains knowledge and knowledge management from two different perspectives. From a content point of view, knowledge may be systematized, suggesting that knowledge storage is easy, from the relational point of view knowledge context and relationship aspects are recognized. Subsequent studies show that the distinction between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is too simple, but the concept of explicit knowledge is self contradictory. Specifically, in order to clarify the knowledge, it must be transformed into information (a symbol in our mind). Recently, Nonaka returned to the early work of George von Krou and Sven Verin to preserve the discussion about knowledge transfer.

There is no definition of commonly accepted knowledge management. But experts came up with many definitions. In other words, knowledge management is to convert implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge and share it within the organization. Knowledge management is more technologically and accurate and is the process by which an organization creates value through knowledge and knowledge assets. Knowing this way clearly, knowledge management involves the process of identifying, acquiring, distributing, and maintaining knowledge important to the organization.
