The purpose of this study was to investigate general and cultural factors related to the recognition of body images of college students of African-American women. A total of 124 African American college students participated in the history of black universities and completed the following courses: African Self-Awareness (ASC) Scale, Skin Color Satisfaction Scale (SCSS), Body Mass Index (BMI) And some body image measurements. .
