Among the many ways to classify and conceptualize individual differences, such as gender, race, language, nationality, social background, class, there are obvious and very obvious things. Other methods depend on less distinct but still influential differences such as culture and personality. Based on Myer Briggs' inventory, we will focus on differences based on different types of personality profiles. I will first try to relate these differences to my experiences working with teams with different personality styles and then development of specific leadership skills will follow.

Recent studies on the personality and psychological aspects of DSPD have discussed whether personality and behavioral factors contribute to DSPD and several studies have evaluated personality characteristics of DSPD patients. The scores for accountability, extroversion and comfort were low and the neurosis scores of patients with DSPD were higher than the control group scores (Wilhelmsen-Langeland et al., 2014, Micic et al., 2016). People suffering from more severe DSPD have more extreme personality traits especially due to due diligence. People with low responsible scores are less organized, lack of driving, delaying work and likely to quit (Costa et al., 1992). However, there is no causal relation between DSPD and these personality traits.
