I have little personal values, I think this is my personal core values. They represent what I would like to experience in the world. I was discovered for the first time when these personal values were recognized in 2003, but I am not sure about how to deal with it or its usefulness.

I reconsider these values with other training, conferences, interactions etc, and my understanding of those meanings has grown over time. It is good to revisit them as they mature over time, but for now these are my personal core values:

Love is the central theme of my life. I need love and I have a lot of love. For people, for animals, for nature, for good things, for what I am doing, etc. Love life. But the most important thing is love for family and friends.

I had a wonderful time here. I like to laugh, I like to do fun things with other people or alone. Time is too precious to be happy, but it makes it easy. Sometimes we are too serious to fall into that atmosphere is easy. I am happy to stop having fun realizing this. I am not, if possible, not for anyone

I value genuine and genuine. Talking about what I am doing and who I am. It is a part of understanding my values and having a clear direction in my life, which is also useful.

People, businesses, governments, schools, temples and many other institutions are faced with so much external pressure. They all try to tell you who, who and how to live. Having an essential connection is essential to endure pressure, choose what you want to be, and choose to do what you want to do. It is not what they want you to do

My goal is to grow in most aspects of life. My interest in personal development arises from this value. I am fascinated with the possibilities and I love the energy and creativity associated with achieving this possibility. To help themselves and to help other people grow

Integrity My reputation and credibility are as viable as my last series of actions. Whenever my words do not agree with my behavior, I want to understand it so that I can make up for it.

Taking into account the positive and negative effects of my personal value is a way to prioritize and change my personal value. For example, my personal values may not coexist peacefully. Honesty and family collide from time to time, and at this time I have to correct my values. We must consider the positive and negative impact of these values. You can prioritize these values based on this thought process and make better decisions based on the changed values.

Personal development of personal values, these values will affect the values of private life and work performance in a variety of ways, including training, educational experience, living environment, workplace experience. There are many ways to fix personal values, but prioritization is an effective way to modify values. Personal values reflect workers' performance as they reflect who we are and how we act

Personal values are the starting point for self-recognition. What is personal value? Personal values are a set of personal beliefs, principles, and standards of behavior. Personal values are your choice and preference for your lifestyle. Examples of shared values include honesty, teamwork, creativity and responsibility. Values are usually derived from socially authoritative sources such as our parents, teachers, religious leaders, bosses, families and friends.

In society, we have personal values and social values. Our personal values are our own values, based on our growth, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, religious beliefs, personal experiences. Personal values are unique to everyone, so they are not the right platform for laying the foundation for professional ethics. When the official does not do the right thing, especially when making obvious and openly wrong things, they will weaken the public's trust and furthermore will lower the ability of law enforcement agencies to work in the region and fulfill their mission . Therefore, compliance with high ethical standards is essential to achieve the overall goals of modern policing, as well as other strategies, technologies, or practices.
