Our community education program is provided by direct experiences of mental illness and the shame surrounding it.

A wonderful experience is immersive. It's entertainment, competition, attractive personal stories, whatever - people will respond to wonderful stories. Although it is political, lack of fairness and imbalance results will reduce this experience, or athletic ability. This is the power of the game. To some extent - Google, Facebook, and Apple caught a small portion of these two concepts. While the value of stock ownership and social media entertainment certainly helps, these companies still retain an immersive internal culture

Throughout life, personal experience is a personal story. People give meanings to these stories, and stories help shape people 's identity. Narrative therapy uses the power of these stories to help people discover their purpose in life. This is usually done by assigning the role of "narrator" to your story. Michael White and David Epston have developed narrative therapy. They created it as a non-pathological, authoritative, collaborative approach. It recognizes that you have skills and expertise to help people guide the changes in their lives. Narrative therapy distinguishes people from their problems. This allows therapists to help people to externalize sensitive issues. Objectiveization problems can reduce human resistance and defense. It allows people to solve problems in a more efficient way

People read memoirs and identify and clarify their stories, language beauty, stories, unforgettable letters, and so on. Touching a big problem in the context of a personal story can help alleviate "I, I, I, it's all about me!" Alternatively, quoting the second wave of the feminist movement, it tells us that the individual is political. Currently, I divide my memoirs into three parts. The bigger problem in the first part of my memoir is the separation and unity of the family. In the second part, it is the influence of addiction to the family. So far, I have covered what happens when many family deaths, DNA tests, foster parents have their own children, and when a big prison in the American prison happens .
