What motivates you is the desire to be better. To improve your living standard, it is still your family. For whatever reason individual responsibility will play an important role in your success or failure. For me, personal responsibility means to be responsible for good deeds, wrongs, and ugly behavior, and to accept tradeoffs and results. Work is related to everything you do. The problem is, are you doing the right thing? All what we do is work. When searching for work, are you sitting on the sofa?

This article explores the personality development of three different theories (Alex Blake). I will evaluate some of her reactions and if she adapts or adapts it concludes that each believes to be effective, so I looked at different on-line personality tests and looked at Alex's It breaks some of the reaction. Newton's third law of motion states that "all actions show equal and opposite reactions." Therefore, people take actions as they take action and take action.

Personal responsibility is to respect yourself and others in managing your actions and reactions, emotions, and the consequences that may result from your behavior / reactions and emotions. Personally responsible thinks that as an individual, we must understand and accept that our actions and reactions affect people around us. Individual liability assumes responsibility rather than relying on others to define or confirm who we are, what we represent, or contribute to society as a whole. You can gain courage, confidence and independence by taking personal responsibility for thinking, choosing and action, even though the environment of life may interfere with the success of academics. Learning your goals and ambitions will lead to the success of academics and careers. For example, the relevance between personal responsibility and academic success leads to better GPA and motivation to complete the task as planned.
