Personal Responsibility and College Studies

The meaning of my personal responsibility in my college education is not responsible, I will not succeed in college. Personal responsibility means to set measurable goals for me and take time to catch up with the goals that I set. For me, personal responsibility is not lazy, but to learn how to effectively manage my time. To be responsible for my finances is like returning my mind to college to complete my degree so I would like to get a better job or go to work instead of sticking to my goal You can compete against.
