"Extra Size I" produced and supervised by Morgan Spurlock plays the role of an ordinary American who eats fast food everyday. He tried to prove that fast food hurt the body and health. He eats three meals a day including breakfast, lunch and dinner. He tried all of the menu, but there are no exceptions. At the beginning of the movie, he met cardiologists, gastroenterologists and general practitioners to check his health and started the results very well. They all warned him that his future diet is likely to raise his cholesterol and triglyceride levels. He also met nutritionists and exercise physiologists as they did not exercise throughout the entire 30 day experiment. Once started, Spurlock not only began to lose energy, he got a lot of weight at a very fast rate, and I think he added ten pounds in only 5 days . In addition to physical change, he began to have health problems.
