Personal Narrative on Divorce

This is the last Saturday in December 1997. My brother, my sister, and I chased each other in the house. While we were running our parents told us to come and sit in the living room. They have to say something to us. So, we all went down the stairs and wondered what happened. When we all got off the stairs, we three went to the sofa. Then my mother interrupted my father by saying "Well ..." "Your mother and I ...". "Divorce," My mother completed his verdict and said. I was only 5 years old at that time, so I do not know what the divorce is.

The divorce law based on negligence of this country is in contrast to adopting a new non-fault divorce law where a couple can divorce and proves that the perpetrator "fails" the breakdown of marriage No one is there. In 2012, New York City became the last state to replace its divorce law in the United States, and has joined more and more other countries.

The U.S. permits marriage to be ended by a person being divorced without mistake or absolutely fault. In the past, most states just divorced due to their mistakes, but today all states adopt the form of no-fault divorce. To fulfill a specific reason, both negligence and a problem-free divorce are necessary. Depending on the country, you can divorce without negligence due to breakdown of irrevocable marriage, incompatible difference, incompatible, separate reason for a certain period of time. Both parties are not responsible for marriage failure. On the other hand, in the wrong divorce, one party requires a divorce to assert that the other party did something different, which is the reason to end the marriage. Some reasons of divorce include adultery, atrocities, abandonment, psychosis, and criminal convictions. However, in some states, such as drug abuse, incompetence, religious reasons, there are other reasons to accept.

The reason for divorce is to specify the circumstances under which people are permitted to divorce. Each State of the United States has its own reasons. I have to explain why they want to get divorced in a divorce trial and can justify this reason. In some states couple is demanding that they stay for several months before divorce.
