Personal Narrative: The Role of Ego Boosters and Ego Busters in My Life

Ego boosters and ego busters are playing an important role in determining who we are. Humans use feedback from colleagues and other important groups to understand who they are and how they act. Self-help from the people we respect will help us decide who we are. Self elevators also help to improve self-esteem and self-concept. The concept of ego may adversely affect the concept of ego, because we do not want to say that we should change in some way that we are not satisfied. This can give people a low self-concept.
