Personal Story: Self Exclusion of Speech In my presentation, I was influenced by language anxiety. Among the visible symptoms, my hands are trembling and stuttering is sometimes stuttering. After I started to understand my information, I was able to control myself and relax. I proposed several relaxation methods to relieve anxiety. Before I stand up and talk, I am confident to help myself to give courage and confidence. While I was watching my video, I realized what my main point of view is and clearly understand.
