Personal Narrative: My Experience Teaching versus Learning

In the last semester I read Romeo and Juliet and advanced the ninth grade classroom. I do not have much time to prepare this study unit, and I have never studied or written this drama officially. I am working in various scenarios. The content of the theater, the relationship with private and public social problems (Elizabeth and modern social problems), the reasons for writing the script in poetry, or the reason the poet is telling in words. what? Because play is full of paradox, contradiction, ambiguity, it is difficult to find the focus and common theme for unifying various courses.

One of the most powerful and difficult aspects of teaching is personalizing learning experiences to meet the needs and interests of various students. Teachers who are lacking tools or training to help accomplish this goal find themselves in "during education". This is unsatisfactory for educators and learners, and rarely narrows the gap of achievement. In my case, I will provide ambitious projects that I have chosen by offering powerful tools and flexibility, providing personal support and providing opportunities to tailor my learning experience to my needs Offers. When I entered this career, I was convinced that teaching means giving up the opportunity to learn. I teach teaching as a profession rather than a profession where everything is growing up. But my educational experience is far from stopping learning. Through teaching, I have learned more from this micro world of society than anywhere else. I am still an engineer and designer, instructing students through complex engineering projects and designing learning experiences. I design opportunities rather than products, but there are many similarities between design and design as a teacher. Teaching is to create experience to meet the needs of learners. I am thinking about worth learning all day and ways to make students caring.

One of the teachers I was following was saying, "I do not teach words ... I am experiencing teaching." It does not necessarily apply to other people. Every day I am practicing giving up the idea that I know what other people need to do to improve my life.

My experience as a mentor at Oxford University has convinced me that human-to-human education is one of the most valuable ways to teach. Prior to becoming a mentor, I learned the Sanskrit and the Indian philosophy of India and had the opportunity to experience traditional 'counseling guidance'. My teacher welcomes me into his house and let me sit beside him. We will read together, that is, memorize. After that, I can ask questions freely. It's not just fun. He objected to my argument, asked me to refine my problem, and I remember a few clauses and major clauses. But in other words, this allows me to not only get used to massive knowledge soon, but also to develop skills to understand, communicate and "protect" this knowledge system to prevent potential opposition.
