Personal Narrative: My Brother's Sports Injury

Personal story: My brother's movements movement has a big impact on my life. With social power, you can change your way of thinking, way of behavior, even your personality, especially during puberty. In some cases, people do not notice that it is changing them. My older brother Bo went to school in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is a student of honor and a principal of the class. He is playing soccer, basketball, baseball, and wrestling. He is a "pop" of his classmates, but on February 5, 1999, this all changes.

Physical Injury: In 2009, my left knee joint fracture grew due to stress injuries. Three months later, I broke the right side. I participated in three football teams and two baseball teams. Sports is my life, I am from 7 days a week to 0 years old. I am receiving physical therapy, but I am still exercising for playoffs and stretching. This is not a general practice. To my day, I suffer from a painful body pain everyday. Vegetarian: I brought food poisoning on June 7, 20 th in the seventh time, and finally decided to switch to vegetarian food. I also have diabetic gastroparesis, but this basically causes stomach upset every day. There is no appetite. Since switching to a vegetarian diet, I not only opened my own desire, but my immune system became stronger, I rarely get sick.

Lifetime participation in sports is a major factor in making me a physical therapist. Since age 5, I have worked diligently on gymnastics, one of the best injuries. Therefore, during my 17th year of gymnastics, I underwent multiple injuries, ranging from minor muscle tension to seasonal fractures. I have worked on sports, but I got a sports scholarship from San Jose State University (SJSU). Through my personal injury experience, I received physical rehabilitation in various situations: private clinic PT clinic, hospital rehabilitation department, even chiropractic treatment office. Especially the environment that greatly influences my physical therapy is SJSU 's sports training room.

It is a sports trainer certified by the Linfield program from my sports and affection for medicine. In my life, I participated in many sports and experienced several injuries. In particular, injuries caused interest in sports training. When I broke my leg, I played football at Chemeketa Community College.
