Personal Narrative- Meeting God through Strangers

It's embarrassing to see strangers, but there are other moments where strangers can change your life. About six years ago, I was a photographer at Sears Portrait Studio. As a photographer, I always meet new and interesting people. Our work is predictable mainly because it shoots kids; it changes with the exception of one day. As the elderly couple approaches, I am working at the front desk. Their character is soft and gentle. They want to know if we are shooting the day. I said "Yes, we are." I was a little alarmed because the couple asked me very carefully.

I told them we could put them in as soon as they were ready for them. The woman said she only needs to add a small lipstick and correct her husband's tie and they said they were ready. My wife must explain that these portraits will be the 35th anniversary of marriage. When I started posing, they took me to the living room. After doing this, I began to notice something specific to a couple. At that time I was not a Christian, so what I really noticed was that they were different from the others I met.

I am in a difficult relationship and motivate them to ask questions after seeing each other's exchanges. "I did not intentionally open it, but I noticed that you looked very unique.I'm interested in what your relationship is effective?" I thought about my problem While the woman was absent for a while. After a while she responded purely with confidence: "God" He is the reason for their human relationship work. I returned a few steps. This is not the answer I am looking for. We kept sitting, and I met them in the front to complete the sale. I said to them, "I am very happy to meet them both, I am very grateful for their proposal." But before telling this sentence completely, the woman extended his hand Hugged. At the moment, I know that God caught me and he is using a couple as a tool for my salvation.

We are strange strangers God loves, called strangers and strangers. "A strange god encounters us among strange neighbors." For us, this is a strong, calm and demanding message. But as we know, this is how compassion looks. Like Christians, the political storm around us is still a whirlwind, but we know what we have to do. We chose to welcome. At the Carltonsville Presbyterian Church (my church in Cartonsville, Maryland), we are in contact with strangers, refugees within us. As we are all built in the statue of the same God, it is not important for us to serve Christ to our neighbors, regardless of whether our neighbors are Muslims or not. We began to take care of the family who lost everything in Aleppo and then lived in refugee camps in Turkey for several years afterwards. I was promoted to respect all the people I met. Even if they are perfectly strangers or people who I know in life are not important, everyone should receive the same respect. I have grown to be gentle with strangers and those I know. Goodwill for strangers can improve their daily life, and you do not necessarily know what they are experiencing. I was trained to be an honest man, even if I can not talk about it, it is always better than a lie. I was inspired to believe in God, but I will never point my religion to the face of others. Even if everyone does not believe in God or have the same belief as I, I was told to note that it does not make them people. My growth is not based on believing in them, sexual orientation, or ethnicity for judging someone. I was asked to judge someone's behavior and personality, not appearance or lifestyle.

When we meet people claiming to be Christians, we understand this claim through our theology and confession of human faith. We build these beliefs in the same view that others have the same image as God. How should we consider the idea that artificial intelligence can realize consciousness someday? Can artificial intelligence admire God or become a Christian? Optimism about the possibility of recognition of artificial intelligence depends on the definition of someone's consciousness. Looking in another direction, Alan Turing imagines designing a human-like machine regardless of the internal nature of the reasoning process.
