Years ago, when I was a sophomore in high school, what happened to me changed my life. My friend invited me to go hiking with him and his sister. He is ready to go hiking in Yosemite. The next day, I was ready to complete the hiking both mentally and physically. On the way, my friend's sister and I know each other very well. We talked about school approach and many other things. Eventually you can see the mountains getting closer and closer.
Several weeks ago, I was hiking for the first time since the car accident. I am hiking for 2.5 years. Of course, this is a breakthrough. The most impressive thing for me is my cardiovascular endurance level. Previously, unless you were drinking high carbohydrate snacks, you experienced a very serious symptom of hypoglycemia (finally unconscious, dizzy, etc.) every time you hike. Next time I did not even need any snacks at all, and I did not eat breakfast. We walked for more than two hours. I'm fine and healthy. I'd like to go for a walk after hiking. This is a feeling of abundant fat energy in my body. This is great!
Due to occupational and personal disappointment, I hiked once to the Chuckanut Hill near Beringham in Washington State after the New Year in 2012. The weather is cold and rainy, and hardly anyone is on the road. I walked 4 miles and I slipped a rock and broke my ankle. I have never experienced an accident with my own adventure. Two strangers asked for help by listening to my screams for help. We could not move 2 hours before REMT arrived. Before I knew it, I was taken to the hospital by ambulance until late at night, close to my body temperature. After 6 hours' hillside trip, 15 mountain rescue teams put them out of the forest. To say the least, this is an adventurous effort for all participants. The rescue crew sprained his ankle and the team blocked the bear while taking me out. I left the emergency room, I was in a wheelchair at 1 am, and then I took the house I lived in.
Car accidents may be traumatic experiences. People in everyday life are usually not prepared to deal with unexpected emergencies, and adrenaline reactions may be fierce. Dealing with the consequences of accidents, particularly injured serious accidents, may affect your mental and spiritual well-being. Even experts are difficult. Especially the bad scenes involving children. Even if we deal with these matters, we often do "important incident stress reports" with professional consultants after a massive incident. It deals with what we are experiencing and helps you work through emotional stress response.
