Personal Story - Knee Injury I am engaged in sports activities, going out with friends, was very active. I always have something to plan or come up with something dynamic. My high school 3 years was a very difficult time for me. I participated in many activities, organizations and clubs. I am very active in the organization and I have to go to school at 7:15 every morning. This means that I sometimes leave school between 6:45 pm and 7 pm. On weekends you can do something with friends and family.

Physical Injury: In 2009, my left knee joint fracture grew due to stress injuries. Three months later, I broke the right side. I participated in three football teams and two baseball teams. Sports is my life, I am from 7 days a week to 0 years old. I am receiving physical therapy, but I am still exercising for playoffs and stretching. This is not a general practice. To my day, I suffer from a painful body pain everyday. Vegetarian: I brought food poisoning on June 7, 20 th in the seventh time, and finally decided to switch to vegetarian food. I also have diabetic gastroparesis, but this basically causes stomach upset every day. There is no appetite. Since switching to a vegetarian diet, I not only opened my appetite, but my immune system became stronger, I rarely get sick.

Sports Day - Afternoon afternoon, a personal story just like any other person. These lessons are dull and have no life, and the same teacher uses the same old garbage. But when I sat there while listening to a monotonous speech, the small and sweet hope woke up behind our hot and exhausted appearance. The sports tournament will be held soon.
