In this project I went to a full-fledged Spanish restaurant called Cafe Iberico. The restaurant is centered on snacks and side dishes. Interior decoration is covered with tiles like Spain where tiles are used for all buildings and sidewalks. The rest of the restaurant looks very real and Spain paintings are hanging on the wall. The restaurant has a snack bar that displays lots of snacks on a large glass cupboard and people can order at the bar. There is also a small deli on the back of the restaurant where people can buy Spanish cheese and a lot of Spanish sausages including sausages and Morselia.
Spaniards are very passionate about their food, wine and Spanish cuisine. Spanish food is very light. There are lots of vegetables and various meat and fish. Spanish cuisine does not use many spices; it only relies on the use of high quality ingredients to provide a good taste. If you want to experience a variety of tastes, most cities (Italian, Chinese, American fast food restaurants) usually have various restaurants. Lunch (La Comida) starts at 13: 30 ~ 14: 30 (it is often less than 15: 00), after that the nap is usually short and the summer is cold. Temperatures in the afternoon may be high. This is the main deal of the day, two kinds of dishes (El Primer Platon, El Segundo Platon, and Desert La La Comida and a nap will finish by 17 o'clock at the latest.)
The main meal of that day in Mexico is "comida", which means "Western food". This means dinner or supper. The first one is pasta or rice seasoned with soup, usually chicken soup with spaghetti, or "dry soup", onions, garlic, or vegetables. The main dish is meat sauce of salsa sauce, accompanied with beans and tortillas, and is usually fruit drink. In the evening, usually eat the remaining coffee or chocolate left by comic or sweet bread. Breakfast is usually warmer than other countries and can include meat including leftovers, soups (eg panita), tacos, enchilada or eggs. This is usually served with beans, tortillas, coffee or juice
The main Aztec food is a thin corn meal pancake called tlaxcalli. (In Spanish it is called tortilla.) They use tlaxcallis to lick the food while eating, or wrap the food with tlaxcalli to make tacos. The main wild animals are deer, rabbit, duck, goose. The only animals they keep for the meat are turkeys and dogs. In 1519, Hernan Cortez tasted Cacahuatt which is the drink of the last Emperor Montezuma II of Azteca. Cortes observed that the Aztecs used the cacao beans used to make drinks as precious treasure. Then he returned the beans to Spain, where they made chocolate drinks and added sweetener to heat them. That system is kept secret and can only be enjoyed by nobles and warriors.
