In most of my adulthood, I am in managerial position and have experienced many challenges and opportunities. There is no perfect company. In addition to doubt, what I know is that the culture of the organization is very important. Companies that evaluate employees and do not trust must have more problems than those companies. People are one of the best products organized. The company should expect bad attitudes and achievements if the culture of the company does not pay employees as much as possible, hide the information and create a sense that no one can trust.
In the Internet, the wrong choice is made. In other words, experience of personal experiences must also be predatory. It is a good thing to know that consumers are good, but if you just use it as a distraction to stop it from experiencing new things, the company understands personal preferences and browser data can not. Instagram and other companies that promote personalization consider it to be beneficial for users, but perhaps it tells marketers to praise the changes to the algorithm more frequently. Of course, I feel like I want more people to control what I am watching in Instagram, and let the advertiser make more promises. But perhaps this is determined by a mysterious algorithm.
We live in the wrong promised world. Worker's re-education and basic income are the worst counterfeit promises that can be made for poor people and low morale citizens. These answers gave them the wrong hope, but did not solve the more serious consequences of automation, the loss of control of institutional wealth inequality. In the 1920s, the future of the middle class was decided, and the possibility of survival is not great. If you do not believe this, it means that you are privileged or not young. #RetrainingChallenges
Many companies are trying not to be regarded as products and trying to differentiate themselves through erroneous promises. They are betting customers' foolishness and ignorance, and I think they are willing to ask for more. Many companies have succeeded in surviving for a long time. Learning about it or not mind it is a bad thing in the long run. A false promise is a trap for an organization trying to avoid being regarded as a product. In other words, when people's needs and expectations change, these organizations will no longer be their first choice.
