Personal Experience: College Education

Especially education in the paper of the university was always important to me because I am a very few families who graduated from university in particular. I have grown with some obstacles, but some of my family think that they can not go beyond that, but I did so. These difficulties motivated me to accomplish my goal: to get a college degree. My father's struggle is my greatest inspiration. My father's childhood was very difficult and he accepted only a part of high school education.

In the interview, I asked a variety of questions to solve mainly the university experience at university and personal view on education. My question is as follows. Are you the first generation of college students? Have you encountered any difficulties or frustrations for your own career? You are always struggling to find a sense of belonging; community consciousness on a large campus? How will your personal growth experience affect your perception that you are seeking education and education? How will your religious beliefs affect your college life? How is your university experience influenced by your cultural identity? Do you think most Somali students of "U" have similar experiences? If so, why?

I asked these three Somali students about their university experience, more specifically their U of M experience, and their personal view on education. When asked if they were college students of the first generation, two of three said yes. The refusal told me that his father graduated from the University of Nairobi in the late 1980s. When asked, for your unique career, have you experienced any difficulties or frustrations, all three say yes. They explained their answers in detail. When asked in time, finding a community consciousness on a larger campus is difficult at any time, all three answer and clarifying their answers in more detail. When asked, how your personal growth experience affects your view of seeking education and education Generally speaking, all three are more privileged than their growing experience calls for education Depending on how you want to.
