The development of Donald Super's conceptual theory studies our career development at the development stage. As we grew, we experienced a stage of occupational maturity. Albert Bandura's theory of social cognitive development highlights our beliefs in the development of strong self-efficacy or the ability to achieve what we want. Finally, Ginzberg's career choice and development theory has a holistic view. He felt that we began imagining very quickly about our career.

In this lesson, we will explain how the career development theory enables choices leading to career paths. Career development is the process of forming the identity of that person's work in their life from childhood. I study three career development theories of Dutch's occupation typology theory, super-evolutionary self-concept theory, Bandura's social cognitive theory, and Jinzburg's career development theory. Characteristic factor theory emphasizes the need for individuals to develop characteristics such as interests, values, personality and talent. Characteristic factor theory dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and many ideas are still used today. One of the most popular franchise theories is John Holland 's occupational typology theory. He suggested that we need to pay attention to personal characteristics and occupational work.

Osipow (1983) attributed John Holland's work to the characteristics of career development, Isaacson (1985) classifies it as a personality based history development theory. Carrier selection and career adjustment represents an extension of the person's character. The Netherlands proposed four working assumptions. The Dutch hypothesis on the nature of personality type includes people who develop relatively permanent behavior or personality trying to express through career selection.
