We will explore ways to implement changes to successfully integrate two employee teams in the organization. Introduction Performance management combines effective management skills, planning, communication, behavior, evaluation, and reporting to maintain a continuous improvement cycle. The management problem I chose to investigate involves the youth service team and the youth defense team to integrate with the Folkestone Youth Center.
