Performance Management: Ways to Integrate Two Staff Teams Within an Organization

We will explore ways to implement changes to successfully integrate two employee teams in the organization. Introduction Performance management combines effective management skills, planning, communication, behavior, evaluation, and reporting to maintain a continuous improvement cycle. This is to ensure that the organization has achieved its goals and that the community is getting the best results. The management problem I chose to investigate involves the youth service team and the youth defense team to integrate with the Folkestone Youth Center.

Organization performance is the result of work done by the entire team (owner, administrator, administrator, and employee). Everyone can play a part in the performance of the organization. This applies to most companies. In addition, it is clear that we want to improve performance in terms of short-term and long-term performance. This means that compensation must be linked to recent performance (short term), and remuneration must be associated with indicators to promote long-term performance improvement, ie indicators to guarantee future performance.
