This method provides an outline of management-related performance evaluation and importance to the personnel department from the above survey. One problem that has been introduced is that organizations are increasingly reluctant to try out performance evaluation methods. Unfortunately, most experiments were not in the support knowledge system. Another problem is to conduct a performance evaluation survey from an employee's point of view.
At the outline of application of performance evaluation, method and practice, investigation and evaluation performance evaluation of past performance evaluation, use of performance evaluation, evaluation of discussion during the meeting (eg goal setting, feedback, participation, relationship between superiors and employees, Evaluation scores, salary and development discussions) may affect employee's satisfaction with the assessment. Fletcher and Williams (1992) noted that the problem of using performance evaluation has problems for many years, and several UK organizations survey (IRS, 2005, no 828, p. 9) Employees who seemed to support this said that there are problems with the methods and methods of performance evaluation within the organization and lack effective evaluation of the performance of line managers' training and overuse of office work I felt (IRS, 2005, no 828, p. 9).
Recently, performance evaluators use cognitive methods to analyze the judgment process in performance evaluation. This approach allows researchers to exploit the wealth of knowledge available to assess the environment, but this series of research may broaden the gap between research and practice. We believe that coordinating the talent of researchers and practitioners is important for bridging the gap. Specifically, it is recommended that researchers focus on giving organizational constraints by maximizing the useful data related to evaluation. It is also recommended that practitioners concentrate on identifying observable and measurable aspects of performance in order to identify appropriate assessments. Cognitive process research is also expected to improve the evaluator's ability to make accurate judgments, but this approach does not necessarily address the motivation of the evaluator to provide accurate assessment.
