Performance Analysis

A monologue is an extension of the role in a drama, an uninterrupted speech. It is used to experience and understand the thought and emotion of the character. For this work, it is necessary to create a solo of four to five minutes of characters, using various forms of theaters and ingenious original ideas. I think the director chose to have Polonius monitor them to get this information, as the audience observes how crisp the Hamlet looks.

Performance analysis is used to determine if there is a performance problem. Performance analysis includes organization analysis, environmental analysis, and gap analysis. Organizational analysis, the first step in performance analysis, needs to consider the organization's vision, mission, values, goals, and strategies. Before executing this phase in the model, it is important to define the boundaries of the organization. It is useful to check all departments or offices closely related to the specific area being inspected.

Performance analysis - Performance analysis identifies and analyzes the gap between planned performance and expected performance.
