Perception and Communication

You are planning to meet friends for lunch. You sat down in the restaurant for 30 minutes, but your friend did not show up. After returning home, you can find messages from friends on answering machine. He said that he was unable to see you at lunch as another friend stopped at his house when he was ready.

(After lunch), he would rather be with me with his other friends while he is already planning.

"I am waiting for you at lunch break, I thought I forgot the time and place I met.I heard the answering machine.When I asked what happened, I understood at last."

This leads me to the next point. I think some people are his reality. Perception in communication determines how people communicate and determine what they will receive information from others. When you are connected with yourself, you become familiar with things well and tend to disregard the facts which are completely different from your viewpoint. So, the question that I would like to answer through this social experiment is whether you are confident in your opinion or not. This is the question I first asked specifically to me and then tested it with a larger sample of convenience. Your self-esteem is how much you value yourself. Your self concept is designed based on your own perception based on past experiences, how you feel about it in a group environment, what people think about you. Three people come to me and I will organize a karaoke party for them! I'm so excited.

Perception is the processing, interpretation, selection, and organization of information. Recognizing the impact on the communication process is about how different people interpret the same message differently. In order to effectively communicate, businessmen need to spend time to fully investigate job applicants. They should not judge individuals by their own first impression. Companies need to confirm not only the first impression but also that the workers are right.
