Perceiving the World

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines knowledge as "the sum of known things, the truth that human beings acquire, information, and principle." In Harper Lee's novel "To Mocking a Mockingbird", the importance of all forms of knowledge is one of the most important messages Lee is trying to convey to audiences. In the main environment of the story - Meikomu, Alabama - the majority of the population of the town is ignorant, not only rarely knows the knowledge but also makes a more prominent message conveyed by Lee.

We can choose the view of the world. He chose to treat the world as an atom. What we call "reality" is the world that we experience, the world we perceive. Perception is a reality for all intents and purposes. Since perception is an important aspect in understanding the world, it is necessary to test its function and scope and critically evaluate it.
