People and Business

People and businesses introduce people to businesses. Otherwise, the company will not be able to survive. Since nobody can buy it, producing a product is meaningless. Employees need to manufacture or supply products, customers need to purchase products, and many other products are needed. Nobody can work normally without a company. Stakeholders Stakeholders are individual groups interested in business.

Business is an organization where people work together. In the enterprise, people are working on the manufacture and sale of products and services. Other people purchase products and services. Employers are people who hire people for their work. Companies can profit from the products and services they offer. The word business is coming from the word busy. In this way, some people use money as capital, others use money to run business. There is a law stipulating that such a company is a "corporation": its legal life is distinct from its owner or shareholder. In this way, the company can live longer than the person who started it. This idea was invented in the Middle Ages, but it really bloomed in the 19th century.

The company is a corporation doing business. That is a separate entity from the one who made it. Just like anyone else, a company can do business for himself. If a person owns a part of the company, its responsibility is limited to ownership in the company. They can not lose more than investing in the company. If the owner decides that he no longer wants to share the company's shares, the company does not need to close. The unique feature of the company is that it allows you to transfer shares with the same difficulty and hassle that the owner transfers ownership of the partnership. There may be restrictions on how shareholders transfer ownership, but the fact that ownership can be transferred allows the company to continue when the owner wishes to make changes.

Ownership varies. I am talking about people who own roles in business, not talking about corporate ownership. People are responsible for the problem, provide resources to solve the problem, and clearly show how to succeed in the existing position at the end. It is very promising to see that our business people have ownership of every aspect we do. People understand their success, so they are passionate, focused and determined to succeed.
