In this subject, I will explain the case study with the text "Memorial Hospital". I will study how hospitals measure quality. Also explain the costs and failures that may occur to commemorate the quality of the hospital and explain each measurement method. I will focus on the ideas and techniques of TQM that Janice can use to help memorials focus on providing quality medical care. METHODS: A cross-sectional quantitative study was conducted at selected government hospitals in Addis Ababa. The target sample is used to select a hospital. Black Lion, St. Paul, Ras Desta Damitew Memorial, Yekatit 12 Hospital promoted the research. The sample size is 202. Data is analyzed using SPSS version 16. RESULTS: The possibility that a nurse will work in a stressful workplace environment is 2.8 (OR after adjustment: 0.357, 95% CI: (0.157-0.814)) rather than adjusting facility availability, knowledge and gender is there. 48 (25%) of non-organized workplace environment respondents were concerned that there was a lot of patient traffic. Among them, 15 (31.3%), 22 (45.8%) and 11 (22.9%) were responsible for knowledge, implementation and error / mistake.

Evaluation of factors affecting the implementation of nursing procedures by nurses at selected government hospitals in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; cross-sectional studies
Sarasota Memorial Hospital (SMH), one of the facilities selected by the institute, is one of the four hospitals in the county and is the largest emergency medical facility in Sarasota County, accounting for 63.3% of the county's population is.
