Becoming a native American in a peace unit is a very rewarding experience. For me it is a wonderful privilege for my tribes to represent Mongolians and other volunteers. The Peace Corps opened up many opportunities in vocational education and academic education through the benefits of graduate scholarship opportunities and noncompetitive qualifications for government work. In my recruitment activities, I would like to ensure the opportunities for Native Americans and Americans of all backgrounds to positively influence their overseas family community through peace service. Twenty-seven months have passed, but the prospects and expertise we gained through international services will change the way we grow as experts, individuals and members of our tribe in the coming years I can do it.
The Peace Corps is an international volunteer service organization with offices in 60 countries. Peace force volunteers acquire valuable occupational experience, direct understanding and experience of various cultures, acquiring new languages, resilience and ability to work in any environment. Peace troops call this experience "the most harsh job you ever had". This is a good first step for those considering entry into international development.
The most widely-defined mission statement of the peace force is "promoting the peace and friendship of the world". Based on my experience and other time and exchanges with peace team volunteers in the country of service, the Peace Corps achieved this goal. When putting an ideal American into a foreign community it is difficult not to "promote peace" or the second "friend". However, in order to be "effective", I think that it is necessary not only to keep peace troops performing this mission but also to carefully evaluate the effectiveness of volunteers in the roles the community needs I will. Regardless of the role, PCV should follow higher standards when clearly defining and monitoring success indicators. I think peacekeepers are well aware that many volunteers are "invalid" in this area, because they think that they focus on the essential aspect of peace force volunteers their definition of effectiveness That is the reason.
