When we strive to achieve peace in the world, we must start with peace between individuals, because these relationships are the cornerstone of society and the country. Peace can be achieved using nonviolent means or lethal power. In this article we will explore the concept of peace and conflict and advocate the use of nonviolent means to resolve conflicts. The environmental and social costs of fatal forces are very high and unsustainable. However, in some cases justice requires the use of fatal forces, and these examples will be discussed.
Solving conflicts is a method and process for peaceful termination of conflict and retaliation. Dedicated team members actively tell other groups about contradictory motives and ideologies (eg intentions, reasons with specific beliefs) and try to solve group conflicts by participating in collective bargaining . Crisis negotiations are carried out in the following order. Active listening: Understand the psychology of perpetrators and let them know what they are listening to. Empathy: Understand their problems and how they feel. Communication: When they begin to see the feelings of negotiators, they build trust. Impact: You can suggest a solution only by getting trust. Change in behavior: They act, probably surrender
There were many examples of conflict resolution in history, and the way to solve the conflict was controversial: whether it should be forced or peaceful. Solving disputes in a peaceful way is always a better option. The collision solution curve derived from the analysis model provides a peaceful solution by motivating conflicting entities. If conflict resolution is forced, another dispute may be caused in the future. The Conflict Resolution Curve (CRC) divides the collision type into two separate domains, domains of conflicting entities and domains holding entities (images of CRC). There is some sort of match between target and attacker in this curve. The judgment of their badness is similar to the opponent's CRC. Therefore, before peacebuilding, it is important that all conflicting organizations reach the negotiable point of CRC. If the potential attacker's attack potential is certain, the CRC actually does not exist (ie singular)
