PBS Digital Innovator brings changes in the classroom. Educators, their new ideas open up new worlds for students, bold teaching methods create a happy learning environment.

In this section, former PBS digital innovator Michael Hernandez mentioned what he thought and reactioned after the "school time" preliminary review. On February 21, a new documentary will be aired on PBS's American Masters Series called Maya Angelou: and I will rise. Last summer I participated in the PBS Digital Innovator seminar and I was invited to preview the movie and connect the resources. I grabbed this opportunity as a poet, writer and high school English teacher with 11 years of diverse educational experience. I was always a worshiper of Dr. Angelow. Correctly, this movie opened a clear voice of African drums. Dr. Angelow is playing Kuntekinte's grandmother in the original TV series "Roots" in 1977. Next, I heard a wonderful trip by Dr. Maya Angelow and a gentle voice speaking to her audience. "We may encounter many failures, but we can not defeat, because we failed, we can know who we are.
