PBS - Empires Series

According to the PBS Empires series, classical Greece, especially Athens is the crucible of civilization. Civilization is a 2018 British art history TV documentary series produced by BBC and PBS as follow up of Kenneth · Clark's 1969 first civilization series civilization. It was lectured and transmitted by Tandis Jenhudson's music Simon Schama, Mary Beard, David Olusoga. As a spouse of the series, BBC is planning to release Civilized AR. This is an augmented reality application that allows users to see and explore art and historical artifacts around the world. It was developed in collaboration with Nexus Studios by the BBC R & D team in London.

The series is distributed regularly in the UK. In the United States, this series was broadcast on PBS and BBC America. In Australia, UKTV replayed the first three series, BBC Entertainment provided repeat play to Scandinavia. Three out of six series were released on DVD, two of the Zone 1 DVD and local fans requested BBC to release the entire series of DVDs.
