There is strong evidence that many patients are harmed by health care providers, causing permanent damage, long-term death of doctor's facilities, even even death (Hellings, J. 2010). In the past decade, the inconvenient situation is not because the horrible person deliberately hurt the patient, because today's healthcare arrangements are very complex and each patient's effective drugs and results depend on a certain factor I learned that there was something. It is not just the ability of individual health care providers.

Widely recognized by leading health care and patient advocacy groups: meaningful and measurable improvements in patient outcomes, safety and care quality, improved patient experience, and transparency in quality and safety data. These goals can only be achieved with perfect accuracy and reliable reporting. In certain cases where quality or patient safety is questionable, the process of reporting the problem is as important as the question itself. Not all questions about patient safety and patient care quality are considered valid, but it is worth considering each reported issue. Encouraging the culture of such disclosure is important for improving patient care. The process of reviewing, investigating, and validating the effectiveness of a process is similar. (NAHQ, 2012)

The patient safety structure is a useful tool to systematize corrective medical improvement. By reducing patient injuries from clinical concerns, organizations can also reduce the risk of liability and improve the quality of care. Patient safety is a cohesive framework that makes it possible to provide healthcare in a coordinated way rather than a fragmented way. By focusing on patient care, treatment systems, caregivers, and health care workers in four areas, corrective medical leaders can effectively utilize resources to maximize their strengths.
