Patient-centered medical practice is becoming the foundation of today's medical system. However, there are still some work and research to be done before implementing a patient-centered system fully integrated in the whole medical system. Murphy (2011) delved deeply into the patient-centered care system and what should be done before the patient really became the center of the healthcare field. Patient-focused care makes patients and their families an important part of the care team. It may help eliminate unnecessary and undesirable services (Murphy, 2011).

Our medical system is stagnant, expensive and inefficient. Demanded to be patient-centered, they complained about the highest patient in all industries. Millennial generation is diverse, powerful and skilled. They have destroyed and redefined, and they can not bear the failure system. Their consumer approach will evolve the healthcare system by connecting with thousands of years of age and years and changing the care service model to provide patients with high quality care when needed. Otherwise, these systems will no longer exist.

Modern health care is full of challenges and stories for patients with system disorders. That is not news. However, it may be surprising to find out how inefficient and inconsistent patients and care providers are. We are more patient-centered and trying to utilize recent technological advances (mobile phones, applications, things of things), but doctors and patients are still separated from each other. To see the problem correctly, a typical American intends to see a doctor about four times a year. A more cautious analysis shows that American patients spend an average of 16 minutes per doctor's examination. With that in mind, each patient needs only one hour of face-to-face time per year. It is handled differently and has 8,760 hours a year. Therefore, we spend an average of one hour in direct contact with a doctor.
