Care should focus on patient-centered and family-centered care and nurses are patient advocates for patient care. Patient-centered home care means family involvement in this type of care involves decisions made by medical, patients and their families. I think it is important to include this care in the Orange Regional Medical Center (ORMC). It is because we can satisfy the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients through hospitalization.
Hospice care also values families. The nursing method affects nurses and carers. For families with dysfunction, this may be very difficult. When dealing with family members, we always pay attention to the patient. We must be guided by attention, compassion, kindness, kindness, love, and equality between us and others. I associate most of the understanding of the care model with hospice care because this is my specialty. However, this care model is used in various occasions such as large hospitals, organizations, feminist groups, major universities and so on. The care model includes a call for art and science. It coincides with the new dimension of art, science, humanity, spirituality, and psychiatry and provides a framework to cross it (Watson 2003). Caring can save patients' lives, bring dignified death, and convey trust and dedication to patients, their families, and their employees.
I am a professional hospice organization nurse. Care is a core concept to provide hospice care. The patients we meet have a variety of environments, such as my own home, nursing home, retirement center, family house, friend's house. They are often frightened by imminent death and unfamiliar surroundings. They depend on nurses and offer care to make you feel better. Nurses must feel the inner peace of their own death. Nurses must be accustomed to death and death, need to deeply understand and accept all life cycles, and need to prepare for their own death (Watson 2002). Compassion is for painless death with dignity and belief in spiritual transformation and journey after death.
"Patients become more aware of the situation, research using information technology and taking care of them. The nurse acts according to the ethics of care and the patient at each care dialogue center Use cultural and leadership skills to support care of nurses consciously strengthening conscious treatment planning and management of patients, such as prevention of disease, health and wellness, management of chronic diseases In terms of counseling, nurses develop and tell care according to patient preferences.
