Society has always influenced the epidemic of the total exclusion of the media; the public witnessed their own direct mirroring and the current culture portrayed in the movie screen, music lyrics and TV series. In the 1990s, African-American filmmakers used stereotyped black youth and culture as Do the Right Thing (1989) and Menace II Society (1993), also known as "food" I drew it in a movie. It is a movie. In 2002, Boyz N the Hood was established in 1989 and has entered the National Film Register of the Library of Congress, a program to protect movies that are considered to be sufficiently important for future generations. Cinema is an exciting medium close to historical research. In the course we will participate in discussions on how historical movies portray the past, whether we can pursue the accuracy of history, and how much we will present past views and explanations. Students explore the history of Asia in the 20th century by analyzing various movies depicting the history of time and place. At the end of the course, students refer to various historical movies, create parts of analytic movie review articles, put that movie in a historical context, and participate in discussions on movie performance can do.
This course will comprehensively introduce Africa's modern history from 1800 to the present. Through various films, novels and academic materials, I will learn about the main historical forces that have formed the lives of Africa over the past two centuries. The focus is on African slavery, colonialism, struggle for liberation, and experience of nation building after independence. Students will also learn to analyze contemporary African issues in a larger historical context.
